Job Description
Pay Range - $16- $17/hr
Job Title - Desktop Support Technician (Onsite role, Mon- Fri)
Day to Day:
- Deliver, replace, and upgrade Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.
- Provision new devices and assist employees with enrollment.
- Configure Wi-Fi, Azure MFA, SSO, M365, and Outlook.
- Back up and migrate iOS data through OneDrive.
- Verify applications, configurations, and peripherals are working.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and escalate when necessary.
- Collect, tag, document, and process old devices.
Must Haves:
- Hands-on desktop/PC support or deployment experience
- Windows 11 support
- iOS/iPhone support
- Device provisioning/enrollment
- Strong end-user/customer-facing support skills
- Basic application/peripheral troubleshooting
- Must work 100% onsite in Las Vegas, M–F, 9–5
Plusses:
- Large-scale device refresh/deployment experience
- OneDrive backup/data migration
- Enterprise/corporate IT environment experience
- IT asset tagging/documentation and equipment collection experience
