Job Description - Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with hardware, software, and application issues. - Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, MacOS, and other standard software. - Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
