Introduction
This role involves onsite discovery, validation, and documentation of Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines across identified locations. The position requires coordination with local site contacts, facility access management, hands-on inspection of telecom termination points, and detailed documentation and verification of critical devices and services dependent on POTS connectivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Additional certifications in telecom or IT support
- Experience with telecom services and infrastructure
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local site contacts for onsite visits
- Conduct hands-on inspection of telecom termination points
- Document and verify critical devices and services relying on POTS connectivity
