Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Desktop/Tech Support: II for their Tampa, FL location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Special project to change SMTP on company printers (estimated 2500) to use Proof Point for scan to email.
 
Requirements:
  • Must be familiar with printer admin settings, must be comfortable with connecting to printers via IP address and logging into the printer admin system to change settings.
  • Knowledge of Proof Point is not a requirement, but will be usefull.
  • Will be a short training 2-3 days max, with the need to hit the project quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work within Micorosoft office products such as Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Ability to work in a project timeline and work with a team.
  • Ability to meet metrics weekly during check ins.
  • Will be part of a team of other support team members who will be part of the project.
