Job SummaryProvides technical support for desktop hardware, software, user accounts, access, and device configuration. Assists with software and hardware lifecycle management, installation, troubleshooting, and deployment preparation.
Responsibilities
Assist with software and hardware lifecycle management, including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation.
Set up new users, including desktop configurations, email accounts, directory accounts, and VPN access.
Support employees with desktop, laptop, account, and access issues.
Troubleshoot software issues on desktops and laptops.
Perform desktop installations, configurations, and device imaging.
Requirements
High school diploma or associate degree in a technical field.
Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
Experience with desktop installations and configurations.
Knowledge of troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices.
