Job Title: Desktop Technician 2
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Duration: 3+ Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $28/hr on W2

Education: Associate's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
 
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in software and hardware life cycle management: research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation
• Set up new users: desktop configuration, email accounts, LDAP accounts, VPN accounts
• Support local and remote employees with desktop issues, account issues, and access to internal services
• Troubleshoot software issues on employee desktops and laptops

1. Knowledge of Windows AND Mac OS
2. Experience with desktop installations and configurations
3. Troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices

• Active Directory
• Customer Service experience
• Device Imaging
