PR: $ 25 .00 - $ 28 .00/hr on W2 98720-1 Job Description Day to Day Responsibilities- Assist in the software and hardware life cycle management processes including research, packaging, quality assurance, and deployment preparation
- Setup new users, including desktop configuration, email accounts, ldap accounts, VPN accounts
- Support employees, both local and remote, with Desktop issues, account issues, access to various internal services
- Troubleshoot software issues on employees desktops/laptops
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables): 1. Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
2. Experience with desktop installations and configurations
3. Troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices
Preferred Skills (nice to have)- Active Directory
- Customer Service
- Imaging
Education Requirements: - High School diploma or Associate's degree in a technical field
