Job Description
Desktop Technician Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Desktop Technician position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as desktop technician or customer support and excellent job tenure.
This position is in office but could have hybrid flexibility down the road.
What you will do:
Serve as contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone, email or ticketing systems
Determine solutions to desktop hardware and internal component issues
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
Manage Cisco Webex VoIP desk phones
Deliver excellent customer service to customers and employees
What qualifications you will bring:
Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred
5+ years of experience as help desk technician or customer support role
Experience troubleshooting common issues
Advanced knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
Excellent job stability and tenure
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
