Desktop Technician

Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Desktop Technician position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as desktop technician or customer support and excellent job tenure.

This position is in office but could have hybrid flexibility down the road.

What you will do:

• Serve as contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone, email or ticketing systems
• Determine solutions to desktop hardware and internal component issues
• Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
• Manage Cisco Webex VoIP desk phones
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and employees

What qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience as help desk technician or customer support role
• Experience troubleshooting common issues
• Advanced knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
• Excellent job stability and tenure
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
