Despatch Coordinator

Position Overview

Gliderol is a leading Australian manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors and access solutions. We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Despatch Coordinator to join our Pinkenba operations team. You'll coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are processed accurately, scheduled efficiently, and delivered on time. Working closely with production, warehouse, transport and customer teams, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and customer deliveries.
• Process and verify orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.
• Prepare delivery paperwork, manifests and transport documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
• Communicate delivery updates with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records within dispatch and ERP systems.
• Support a safe, compliant and customer-focused operation.

What we require

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing, administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of transport compliance and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident communication and customer service skills.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Experience using ERP, transport management or dispatch systems.
• Experience within manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments.
