Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, wax, and detail new, used, and customer vehicles
- Vacuum, shampoo, and thoroughly clean vehicle interiors
- Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, door jambs, dashboards, and trim
- Apply protectants, dressings, and specialty cleaning products to restore vehicle appearance
- Operate carpet extractors, pressure washers, buffers, vacuums, and other detailing equipment safely
- Inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet dealership quality standards
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department
- Report vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to management
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous automotive detailing, car wash, or vehicle cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn—we provide paid training
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move vehicles throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
