We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you are the final step before a vehicle reaches our customers — your work directly shapes the first impression of every vehicle we deliver. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, can move quickly without cutting corners, and thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership delivery standards

• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and dressings as directed

• Inspect vehicles during and after the detail process and document any pre-existing damage

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detail bay, all equipment, and supplies

• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and special events in a timely, high-quality manner

• Communicate with sales and service teams on vehicle status and daily priorities

Requirements

• Prior professional detailing or automotive care experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride-of-workmanship attitude

• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a shop environment, including outdoor and indoor areas year-round

• Valid driver's license
