--Responsibilities: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to join a stable and growing company seeking a Detailer to support structural steel fabrication projects. In this role, you will use detailing software to create accurate 3D models and detailed shop drawings from engineering and architectural plans while working closely with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and enjoys collaborating with others to deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial structural steel projects.
--Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years detailing experience, preferably structural steel.
-Must have experience with 3d modeling software. Ex. Solidworks, Tekla, Revit, Autodesk platforms, etc.
-Must have experience creating models from scratch.
-BIM coordination experience preferred.
-Knowledge of AISC standards is a plus.
