    We are currently seeking a Detailer to join our fast-paced Service Department and play a key role in delivering vehicles that exceed customer expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Wash and dry vehicles thoroughly and efficiently
    • Clean vehicle interiors, including windows, dashboards, and carpets
    • Vacuum and detail interiors to dealership standards
    • Inspect finished vehicles to ensure quality and consistency
    • Maintain cleanliness in the repair and paint shop areas
    • Follow all safety and quality guidelines

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license required
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
    • Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
    • Understanding of safety requirements and proper use of safety equipment
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
    • Ability to push or maneuver vehicles as needed
    • Stand for extended periods
    • Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and reach overhead
    • Fine and gross motor skills for operating tools and equipment
    • Ability to work in varying lighting conditions and around digital screens
    • Visual acuity to notice fine details and imperfections
