Key Responsibilities
- Wash and dry vehicles thoroughly and efficiently
- Clean vehicle interiors, including windows, dashboards, and carpets
- Vacuum and detail interiors to dealership standards
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness in the repair and paint shop areas
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to remain on your feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Understanding of safety requirements and proper use of safety equipment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push or maneuver vehicles as needed
- Stand for extended periods
- Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, and reach overhead
- Fine and gross motor skills for operating tools and equipment
- Ability to work in varying lighting conditions and around digital screens
- Visual acuity to notice fine details and imperfections
