Description
The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Vehicle Detailer to work on one of the most progressive vehicles in the world. Exceptional hands on technical ability goes hand in hand with a great work ethic. If you are able to deliver strong customer satisfaction consistently, are motivated and a team player, we are interested in speaking with you.
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections, adjustments and certifications
Maintain records of time and materials
Perform other related duties as assigned
Help maintain vehicle cleanliness of customer cars
Knowledge of methods and techniques for detailing vehicles (wet sand, polish, buff, wax, etc.)
Efficient skills in basic automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of automobiles
Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals
Certificate in Automotive Technology and Retail automotive services experience is a plus
Valid driver s license preferred

Service Support Associate I - $21.57 - $25.19/hour
Service Support Associate II - $21.57 - $27.70/hour
Service Support Associate III - $21.57 - $30.21/hour
Service Support Associate IV - $22.80 - $34.20/hour
Lead Service Support Associate - $24.47 - $36.71/hour

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
