Position Details
Position: Detailing Associate Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM Schedule: Monday – Friday Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Overtime: Occasional overtime available
Position Summary
The Detailing Associate will perform detailed inspections of raw materials and coated products, apply masking materials, inspect parts with complicated coating boundaries, and clean parts after the coating process as needed.
Essential Duties
Prepare parts for production using masking methods according to customer instructions.
Inspect completed parts and report any nonconforming products or quality issues.
Remove masking and excess plating as directed.
Complete required quality paperwork and daily reports.
Maintain inventory of materials and notify the Production Supervisor when supplies are running low.
Participate as part of the Quality Team by inspecting parts throughout production.
Perform NPI masking.
