Job Title: Developer

Duration: Long Term Contract 6-12 Month Contract (Hybrid)

Location: Dallas TX/Austin TX/Houston TX

We are looking for a motivated Junior Java Developer with Python expertise to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java programming, basic software development practices, and practical experience with Python. You will work with senior developers to build, maintain, test, and improve software applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Java.

Write Python scripts for automation, data processing, and development support.

Understand and work with Java, OOP concepts, collections, exception handling, and basic multithreading.

Develop and consume basic REST APIs.

Debug application issues and fix software defects.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Work with databases and write basic SQL queries.

Learn and apply new technologies as required.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Java.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of Git/version control.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.
