Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years full-stack development experience (Java or Python)
• 1–3 years hands-on AI/Agent development experience
• 3 years backend/API development (RESTful services)
• Experience integrating AI/ML into data pipelines, migrations, and reconciliation processes
• Hands-on Apache Kafka experience
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes experience
• Real-time analytics and event-driven architecture experience
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern real-time data transfer solutions
• Leverage AI for migration, data reconciliation, and user transition
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Networking, Platform, and Application teams
