Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of automated test solutions for core banking applications, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery.

Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for core banking applications.

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Core Java.

• Validate end-to-end business processes across distributed, API-driven, and mainframe-based systems.

• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution and process improvements.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines while promoting quality engineering best practices across Agile teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a Test Automation Architect or Lead QA role.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Core Java, API automation, and test framework development.

• Experience testing core banking applications with a solid understanding of digital banking, payments, and lending systems.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
