Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of core banking applications.

Rate Range: $47/Hour to $49/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions for core banking applications.

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Core Java.

• Perform functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing across distributed and mainframe-based systems.

• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

• Analyze defects, conduct root cause analysis, and drive timely issue resolution.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines while promoting quality engineering best practices and governance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a QA Architect or Test Automation Architect role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Core Java, API testing, and automation framework development.

• Proven experience testing enterprise and core banking applications, with exposure to digital banking, payments, or lending systems.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
