Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to provide advanced analysis, design, and programming services for enterprise-level applications. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical analysis by reviewing user requirements and creating design documentation. Develop and maintain software applications using industry-standard coding practices. Perform thorough testing to ensure functionality aligns with requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as design docs, data models, process flows, environment diagrams, and test plans. Collaborate with project teams on sprint/release activities, including effort estimation, architecture/design discussions, defect resolution, and status reporting. Identify technical specifications and integration requirements for system implementation. Contribute to the establishment of system design methodologies and data governance structures for large-scale projects. II. Years Required/Preferred Experience 15 Required Creating ETL processes, transporting, aggregating large data sets between systems 15 Required Experience in SQL Server or Oracle stored procedures, PL/SQL, Dynamic SQL, and exception handling 10 Required Experience in an object-oriented framework such as .NET Core or Java 10 Required XML, JSON, API Testing, JavaScript and JQuery 10 Required Experience mid-large sized, complex enterprise-level SDLC 2 Required Experience with Texas state agencies 2 Preferred Experience with Microsoft Power Platform such as PowerBI and PowerApps 2 Preferred Experience with project-specific tools such as Jira, Tempo, BitBucket, Confluence 2 Preferred Scrum/Agile methodologies ***Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor.
