Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate must have proven technical leadership experience, guiding teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality full stack solutions.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams through code reviews, best practices, and architectural guidance.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and modern frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and infrastructure automation using GitLab and Terraform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring application performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack development with AWS cloud technologies and technical leadership experience.

• Hands-on expertise in Java, Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS application development and deployment.

• Strong experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps practices, GitLab, Terraform, and modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Pay Details: $45.00 to $51.00 per hour
