The Development Assistant is a full-time, benefits-eligible role supporting the Development team within a top-ranked engineering school.

It involves providing administrative support, coordinating events, managing gift stewardship and reporting, and assisting with written communications.

The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills, with experience in event management, customer service, and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience; a degree may substitute experience.

Preferred skills include project management, diplomacy, graphic design interest, and strong communication abilities.

This position is based in Albuquerque, NM, and requires passing a background check.
