Job Description
- Support project management teams in the planning and execution of property development projects.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets and schedules.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for property developments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within the property industry.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
