Expectations: Provides administrative assistance and secretarial support as a member of the Gifts team in the hospitals Office of Philanthropy. The successful candidate will assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercises initiative and judgment. Contributes to a positive and professional work environment. This position requires a high degree of diplomacy and involves matters of a confidential and sensitive nature. This position may require flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in office management or secretarial at an executive level, preferably in a hospital setting or knowledge of medical terminology.

Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
