Position Summary:
The Development Associate is a critical member of the Development Team, supporting Family Health Center of Worcester's fundraising operations through accurate data entry, gift processing, and day-to-day departmental coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of donor records, supporting donor communications and events, and providing essential administrative support to the Development team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Development Associate helps ensure timely, reliable processes that support strong relationships with donors and advance the organization's fundraising efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Family Health Center of Worcester is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that provides care for more than 30,000 patients annually in over 80 languages.

Bachelor's Degree with 2 years relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising and/or office administration preferred.
High school diploma and 5 years relevant experience may be substituted.
Reporting to: Director of Annual Giving & Events
Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm.
