This role prioritizeswork that directly supports fundraising outcomes, donor engagement, andstrategic advancement initiatives. It is a high-impact, high-visibilityposition for someone who thrives at the intersection of fundraising,storytelling, and execution. This role will work across development,marketing, grants, and community engagement, playing a vital role in howwe connect our work to the people and partners who make it possible.Success in this role will be defined by strong execution of advancementinitiatives, growth in donor engagement, improved visibility intofundraising performance and pipeline activity, and contributing tosecuring revenue (donations and grants) at a level of approximatelythree times annual salary.Essential Functions Drives Donor & Partner Engagement Manages a portfolio of individual donors and prospects, includingdirect engagement and follow-up to drive retention and growth.Supports cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship effortsalongside senior leadership.Helps build and expand relationships with corporate and communitypartners.Executes annual giving initiatives, including employee and recurringdonor programs.Strengthens Advancement Systems & Operations Manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to ensurestrong data integrity, segmentation, and reporting.Tracks and optimizes fundraising performance, donor activity, andpipeline health using data and insights.Oversees gift processing workflows in partnership with Finance.Identifies opportunities to improve systems, processes, and theoverall donor experience.Travels when necessary to meet operational needs.Supports Grant Management Manages core operational grant applications and reporting cycles.Monitors and tracks grant opportunities aligned with organizationalpriorities and support leadership in evaluating fit.Partners with clinical, program, and population health teams togather data and impact stories.Helps to ensure alignment between program outcomes and funderexpectations.Bolsters Internal & External Communications Develops and writes newsletters, including donor-facing content.Translates efforts on behalf of clinical, program, and outreach intocompelling and fundable narratives.Plans high-impact, organization-wide engagement initiatives,including all-staff meetings, employee recognition programs, andannual appreciation events.Coordinates content and messaging in partnership with leadership.Engages Volunteers & Community Creates and oversees a mission-aligned volunteer program thatsupports organizational priorities and community engagement goalswith an emphasis on building community relationship and futurepipelines.Supports community engagement and partnership-building efforts.Coordinates procurement of promotional materials and collateral, asneeded.Other duties as assigned within the advancement departmentThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature andlevel of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
