We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and mission-driven Development Coordinator to support our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. Position Summary
The Development Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Development Department through accurate gift processing, donor database management, and administrative support. This role is responsible for maintaining donor records in Raiser's Edge NXT, processing charitable contributions, preparing donor acknowledgments, supporting gift reconciliation, and assisting with donor stewardship activities.
The Development Coordinator also supports the organization's in-kind giving program and serves as the staff liaison to the Young Professionals Board. Working closely with the Development Director, Grants Manager, Communications Coordinator, and Finance Department, this position plays an important role in ensuring efficient fundraising operations and an exceptional donor experience.
