The Development Coordinator supports the execution of strategic fundraising initiatives led by the Chief Development Officer. This role provides administrative and operational support to the Development team, including maintaining the donor database, coordinating fundraising campaigns and events, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required, and prior experience in a nonprofit fundraising position is
preferred. The ideal candidate will have a history and working knowledge of best practices in gift processing,
prospect, and donor data organization and reporting, and general fundraising knowledge. Additional
experience in nonprofit marketing and communication is preferred.
