We're growing, and we're looking for a Development Design & Construction Manager to serve as our owner's representative and drive our active developments from entitlement through turnover.If you thrive on ownership, love the details of budgets and schedules, and want to be part of a purpose-driven team that invests in people as much as in property, we want to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead entitlement, permitting, and city approval processes from concept to completionManage design from concept through construction documents, keeping cost and constructability alignedOversee architects, engineers, GCs, and consultants - resolving conflicts and keeping deliverables on trackRun monthly OAC meetings; review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applicationsConduct site inspections and QA/QC reviews to keep quality on pointBuild and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and draw schedules alongside our accounting teamPrepare monthly lender draw requests and leadership reportingGuide projects through close-out and a smooth handoff to property and asset managementWHAT YOU BRING5+ years in real estate development, construction management, or design managementStrong grasp of building systems, construction methods, and design processesSharp budgeting, scheduling, and financial reporting skillsConfidence working with city officials, GCs, and lendersProficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar toolsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldWHY STELLARCompetitive base salary based on experience and marketPerformance-based bonus tied to project milestones (closing, CO, stabilization)Competitive benefits package and PTOA lean, entrepreneurial team where your work visibly shapes real communities across Texas
