The Development Director at SHALVA is a primary strategic force fueling the mission expansion. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director will serve as a high-impact partner, empowered with creative freedom to design and execute a comprehensive annual development plan that meets the demands of an organization constantly evolving to meet the needs of survivors and our community.
