This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who enjoys building meaningful relationships, cultivating donors and partners, and creating innovative fundraising initiatives that generate lasting impact.As a key member, you will guide the organization's fundraising strategy, oversee donor and grant development efforts, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our mission. You'll work closely with agency leadership, community stakeholders, and the Development Team to expand resources, grow partnerships, and advance programs that make a real difference in people's lives.The ideal candidate brings nonprofit fundraising experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead successful development initiatives. Experience with grant writing, donor stewardship, public speaking, event planning, and team supervision is essential. A bachelor's degree is required, while a master's degree and strategic planning experience are preferred.Success in this role requires someone who is relationship-driven, organized, adaptable, and committed to excellence. You'll be comfortable balancing long-term strategy with day-to-day priorities while serving as a trusted representative of the organization within the community.This position supervises the Development Team and includes occasional local travel. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be able to meet all required background checks, health screenings, and agency compliance standards.RequirementsBachelor's DegreeNonprofit experience3 years of supervisory, grant development, public speaking, and event organization experience.
