The Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, medically rehabilitating, and providing therapeutic care for horses in need. Founded on the belief that every horse deserves a second chance, the foundation offers gold-standard equine care, including individualized medical treatment, behavioral rehabilitation, and lifelong sanctuary. Horses arrive from a variety of backgrounds, often carrying both physical injuries and emotional scars, and each receives a tailored evaluation and treatment plan to support their healing journey. In addition to rescue and rehabilitation, Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation offers equine-assisted therapy programs that foster growth, healing, and emotional well-being for both humans and horses. Through community engagement, education, and advocacy, the foundation promotes compassionate equine care and creates lasting, positive impacts for animals and people.
Reporting to and in partnership with the Founder and the Executive Director, the Development Manager will spearhead the Saving Gracie Equine Healing Foundation's development efforts as it continues to grow and expand its services and leadership role in serving the horse community. A new position in the organization, the Development Manager will have the opportunity to build the development function while supporting current campaign efforts and fostering long-term sustainable funding growth.
