Development Engineer

Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Auto Parts Manufacturing Development Engineer to oversee and manage the intricate process of developing and ensuring the quality of auto parts manufacturing. This role will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and certification agencies, to drive the successful
development and production of auto parts.

Responsibilities:
-Customer Business Development Plan Review:
Evaluateandoverseetheinitialphasesofthedevelopmentplan,includingthe PreliminaryComponentQualityPlanandPrecedingStageInspection.
-CoordinateandparticipateintheCommencementMoldStartReviewMeetings, ensuringthepreparationofInitialDevelopmentPlansandJointInspectionsofInitial Components.
-Validatemassproductionfeasibility,incorporatinganalyzedissues,andconduct
-CommencementMoldStartReviewMeetingsforMassProduction.
-PrepareandpresentCompletionReportsforMassProductionDevelopment.
-Component Manufacturing Process and Inspection:
-Overseeandapprovethemanufacturingprocessesforcomponents,ensuring
adherencetoqualitystandardsandregulations.
-Conductthoroughinspectionsofcomponentstoguaranteecompliancewith
establishedguidelines.
-Preparation and Logistics for Mass Production:
-Developandexecutelogisticsandsupplyplansforthesmoothtransitiontomass production.
-Checkthereadinessduringthemassproductionphaseformassproduction.
-Supplier and Outsourcing Management:
-EstablishplansforCorrectiveandPreventiveActionstosecurequalityandresolve issuespromptly.
-DevelopoperationplansforSQcertificationagenciesandvalidatepartslogistics.
- Reviewandanalyzeinspectionresultsof2/3rdpartysupplierpartsandprocesses.
-Performance Reviews and Conclusion:
-CheckandevaluatethefluidityofCAPAanalysisperformance.
-Monitorandassesstheoperationstatusofoutsourcedparts,certificationagencies, andpartslogistics.
-Leadtransfermeetingsformassproductionandexecutelogisticsandsupplyplans accordingly.
-ConcludethedevelopmentphasebyensuringadherencetoStandardOperating
- Procedures(PSO)andcompilingacomprehensiveCompletionReport.
