Job Description
The Development & Fundraising Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure sustainable growth for our organization. This role will oversee donor relations, manage annual campaigns, coordinate fundraising events, and develop sponsorship opportunities with local businesses and corporations. The manager will research and write grant proposals, maintain accurate donor records, and provide regular progress reports to the executive team and board. The position requires strategic thinking, creativity in fundraising approaches, and the ability to engage donors in meaningful ways to advance our mission.
