General Summary:
Assists the development team with tasks and assignments related to the real estate development process including market research, financial analysis, site assessment and design, and internal reporting. The intern may assist with underwriting a potential acquisition deal, obtaining project approvals, and stabilization and/or disposition of an existing project.
This full-time (33 -35 hours/week) internship opportunity will be performed in-office at the North Central Development department in our Morristown, NJ. Housing and transportation are the responsibility of the candidate. This internship will run during the summer of 2027, from Tuesday, June 1, 2027, through Friday, August 6, 2027.
