THE OPPORTUNITYFrom Fatherless to Fearless is experiencing a period of growth in outreach and programming efforts. This is an exciting time for a Development Manager to join the team and contribute to an organization dedicated to transforming lives. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Development Manager will play a critical role in growing and strengthening the organization's donor base. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives on cultivating and building connections with donors and expanding fundraising pipelines. It offers the opportunity to manage donor relationships while contributing to a mission.This is a part-time position offering flexibility within a 24-hour work week in the Cincinnati area. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESDonor Development & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with donors and supportersConduct outreach and donor visits to strengthen relationshipsRepresent the organization at community events to educate, build awarenessPipeline & Database ManagementGrow and maintain the donor pipeline Track donor activity in the organization's CRM systemProvide consistent communication with donorsFundraising and EngagementSupport individual giving efforts and donor growthSupport fundraising events and engagement activitiesCollaborate with leadership on practical strategies to strengthen donor engagement and retentionIdentify and submit 8-12 grant submissions per year CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree requiredThree or more years of experience in fundraising, development, or related fieldProven donor cultivation experience Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with donor databases/CRM systems COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSFrom Fatherless to Fearless is offering a pay rate of $27–29 per hour based on experience.
