Development Officer

The mid-level gift officer role at Henry Ford Health is to secure funds for the organization by strategically building relationships with mid-level donors ($1,000-$24,999), uncovering and connecting to the donor's passions and interests, expanding the donor's engagement and philanthropy, and improving the flow of donors into more transformational giving. This role serves as a generalist supporting system-wide philanthropic priorities, while also focusing on a clinical area assigned at hire.

By managing a large portfolio with personalized, scalable strategies, the mid-level gift officer strengthens donor relationships and advances support, especially during HFH's pivotal $750 million campaign, Rising Above, Reaching Beyond, aimed at transforming healthcare and community wellbeing.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in related field, required. Minimum of five years of experience in fundraising or related experience, required.
