As a Project Manager in the dynamic intralogistics sector, you will lead product development projects in the Technology & Software department, the center for R&D at Swisslog. Make an impact Planning and managing project teams and budgets effectively Reporting project progress, risks to the steering committee & stakeholders Document and communicate the ongoing development work within and outside the project team Challenging assumptions and influencing project outcomes with innovative thinking Leading pre-studies to secure good foundations for future development projects Conduct investigations and compile decision-making documents

Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
You hold a technical academic degree or comparable knowledge acquired through experience. You have formal theoretical project management training certification preferably in agile methodologies. Experience in leading technical product development projects preferably in an international environment and experienced in managing agile teams bonus experience with scrum. Preferably you have experience with automated machines and systems. Desirable experience with PLC-based controls software projects. You have a strong interest in project management and technical projects. You are a confident leader with a stable and structured working method combined with clear communication and responsiveness. Ability to independently drive your work forward while also being happy to collaborate with others. Good communication skills in English with a willingness to work with international teams
