POSITION SUMMARY:
The Development Services Assistant is a cross-functional support role within the Development Operations & Donor Experience team. This position provides flexible, hands-on assistance across gift processing, donor services, and vendor operations - stepping in during periods of high volume, seasonal peaks, or staff absences to keep critical donor-facing and back-office functions running smoothly.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, and takes pride in accuracy and donor care.
Position is expected to be in Project HOPE''s Washington, DC office min. 2-3 days/week (or more depending on key projects).

Salary range starts at $50,000 - $53,000 per year. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors, including a candidate''s qualifications, skills, and experience.
