We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for complex, data-driven products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs, technical feasibility, and business strategy to craft impactful, scalable digital experiences.

End-to-End Product Design: Apply a deep mastery of interaction, visual, and service design. Utilize modern tools and established design systems to deliver high-quality artifacts, including customer journey maps, service blueprints, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
Human-Centered Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer. Balance user empathy with data, research insights, technical constraints, and stakeholder feedback to build scalable solutions.
Strategic Collaboration: Align customer needs with core business goals. Facilitate design workshops and collaborative sessions with cross-functional partners to drive consensus and strategic outcomes.
Technical Problem-Solving: Leverage an understanding of data capabilities, engineering constraints, and emerging technologies to navigate technical limitations and push boundaries effectively.
Impactful Communication: Present complex design decisions and insights to diverse audiences across all organizational levels, translating user research and data into compelling narratives.
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in a dedicated Product Design role.
Tools: 4+ years of hands-on expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
Cross-Functional Teamwork: 4+ years of experience collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
Design Systems: 4+ years of experience utilizing and contributing to established, enterprise-level design systems.
Domain Expertise: Proven track record of designing for complex, data-heavy, and heavily regulated environments (e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, or enterprise SaaS).
