Subject: Developmental Programs Summer Institute: Presenters
The developmental programs for students with significant disabilities have adopted TeachTown''s enCORE curriculum, which is adapted for each of the four content areas: math, ELA, science, and social studies. The overarching goal of the three days is to set teachers up for successful implementation in September. Success in our classrooms relies heavily on proper structures and supports from the first day of school.
Qualifications: Must be highly skilled in implementing TeachTown''s enCORE curriculum and the Moderate to Severe Teaching and Learning Framework Must have knowledge of how students with developmental disabilities learn and those strategies that support them.
Duties and Responsibilities: Plan effective sessions for teachers to engage with over the three day institute Present and support the learning of up to 70 teachers
Four Coordinators One BCBA Two Developmental Coaches Paid contract rate for up to 20 hours; five hours of preparation and 15 hours of presenting/supporting
