JSG is recruiting for a Deviation Management Specialist - I (Assistant) in Durham NC.
In this dynamic role, you will provide essential scientific support to manufacturing operations, investigate atypical events, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Pay $41.78/hour

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in a cGMP environment within pharmaceuticals or biotech
  • Proven experience in writing investigations for process deviations
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or technical operations
  • Experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of post-graduate real-world experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing
  • Experience handling deviation incidents and investigations
