Deviation Management Specialist

JSG is recruiting for a Deviation Management Specialist. The selected candidate will be at the forefront of investigating and resolving manufacturing deviations, helping to uphold the integrity of life-saving products. Your expertise will support continuous improvement, scientific troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration, making a real impact on patient safety and product quality. This is a contract opening in West Point PA.

Pay $41.78/hour

Required Skills:

• B.S./M.S. degree in engineering, science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a cGMP environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proven experience in writing investigations for atypical manufacturing events
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytical problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a cross-functional team

• Prior experience with manufacturing investigations and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing processes and industry best practices
• Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues in a GMP setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related disciplines
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work off-shift hours as needed to support manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and investigations
