Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00a - 3:00p; 7:00a - 4:00p; or 8:00a - 5:00p (flexible)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Technician to support operations at our client. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and contributing to a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform manual labor tasks, including unloading and breaking down shipments from pallets

- Use provided tools and software to scan and log devices into the IU Health inventory system

- Stock items on shelves accurately and efficiently

- Pick items from inventory according to order instructions

- Pack items securely for shipment and delivery

- Move pallets safely within the warehouse using a pallet jack

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety and operational procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs on a regular basis

- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

- Basic computer/data entry skills

- Ability to use warehouse tools and inventory management systems

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
