- Minimum years of experience
8-10 years
- Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service
- Gather and analyze metrics to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
- Provide a proactive approach to our clients workloads, anticipating failures, automating tasks, ensuring availability, and providing a great customer experience
Must Have Skills:
