DevOps Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary Range: $60- $65 per hr on W2

Introduction

This position involves supporting, maintaining, and innovating the Cyber Range environments at a major financial institution. The role requires both physical and logical support of on-site and AWS range environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Intermediate scripting experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell) - 3 years
• MacOS - 3 years
• Networking (Juniper and/or Palo Alto) - 3 years
• Client administration - 3 years
• Thorough understanding of information security systems, policies, and procedures
• Effective communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proven collaboration and influencing skills
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• API implementation
• CI/CD Pipeline experience
• GIT workflows

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Configure networking devices, cloud environments, and operating systems including Windows/Linux/macOS
• Create custom queries, dashboards, and reporting metrics
• Support cyber training exercises, red/blue team operations, and system simulations
• Implement infrastructure as code, automated configuration, and environment provisioning workflows
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for Cyber Range infrastructure, configurations, and operations
• Provide physical support activities such as racking/unracking devices and cabling
• Support approximately 50 internal users across multiple teams in the Range
