DevOps Engineer

Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support high-impact initiatives within the Mobile Roadmap - MVNO program. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing cloud-native and virtualized infrastructure environments that support critical wireless and network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, containerization, and network technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production operations and ongoing maintenance of platform infrastructure
• Manage and optimize public/private multicloud environments
• Administer storage platforms including SAN, NAS, and Block/File storage protocols
• Support virtualized (VNFs) and cloud-native network functions (CNFs)
• Work with Kubernetes/OpenShift, VMware, and KVM-based platforms
• Assist with knowledge transfer and cross-team enablement initiatives
• Support security hardening and compliance initiatives
• Deploy and support containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues
• Perform root cause analysis and incident resolution
• Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering teams during issue remediation
• Support network trials and proof-of-concepts (PoCs)

Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using:

• Ansible
• Terraform
• Python
• Bash

Develop and maintain engineering documentation including:

• Configuration guides
• MOPs (Method of Procedure)
• Operational runbooks
