DEVOPS ENGINEER – HYBRID – JACKSONVILLE, FL
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a DevOps Engineer with experience in the healthcare industry! This is starting out as a contract position running through February 2027 with potential to extend longer or convert to FTE. This is a hybrid position in Jacksonville, FL, working onsite a couple of days/week, remote the rest of the time. Primary Responsibilities
• Production and non-production infrastructure management (Windows OS patching, certificate updates, password rotation)
• Ongoing EVMP Support and remediation of servers and applications in production and non-production environments
• JIVA and Care application release management (BART, Jenkins, OpenShift)
• Critical data load management (member, provider, benefits) in production
• Production monitoring and alert response (Splunk, Nimsoft, Control-M)
• Disaster recovery and business continuity support
• 24/7 on-call support
• Audit and compliance support (SOC2, IA, High Trust)
• Support InterQual and Episode Management System upgrades/patches
• Support Service Delivery and infrastructure upgrades for Linux OS in production and non-production
Required Work Experience:
3+ years related work experience, Professional experience with technical design and coding in the IT industry
Required Education:
HS Diploma or GED
