Job Description

We are seeking a Seasoned Analyst/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business intelligence report development using Tableau, SQL, and ETL tooling such as Alteryx and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions from requirements through deployment and stakeholder presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement database-related solutions to support analytics and reporting.
• Build and enhance Tableau reporting solutions to track and assess performance.
• Create and maintain procedures and documentation for data pipelines and reports.
• Gather, document, analyze, and draw conclusions from complex data to inform business decisions.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and data sources, apply analytics, and implement delivery strategies.
• Provide guidance on process improvements and best practices with measurable benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Tableau report development, including dashboard design and performance optimization.
• 3+ years of Alteryx development for ETL and data preparation.
• 3+ years of SQL coding and reporting with intermediate to advanced proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capability.
• Proven interpersonal skills to solicit and incorporate stakeholder input.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time to strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hybrid work environments and collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Background in performance tracking and KPI design within financial services or similar domains.
